Bakery Team Lead

As a Bakery Supervisor at Fairy Sweet, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pastry department. Your duties will include preparing dough, baking, and decorating items, as well as training staff and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Schedule staff and inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Operate machinery and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking environment
- Criminal record check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
