Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of relevant experience in derivatives, with a focus on interest rates.
  2. Strong understanding of Front Office (FO) facing experience, risk and PnL systems knowledge, and trade lifecycle.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to solicit requirements and solve problems/solutions.

Nice to Have:

  1. Technical skills in Python, Excel, and SQL, with domain experience being the most important.
  2. Hands-on experience with commodities projects.
