Job Title: Digital Creative Projects Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Projects Lead to join our team at CAE Inc. As a Digital Creative Projects Lead, you will be responsible for leading various communications initiatives, developing strategic executive communications, and creating internal content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication plans to deliver consistent, impactful messaging across channels.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, including notices, news articles, and stories.
  • Develop strategic executive communications for the Division President and regional Vice Presidents.
  • Craft and/or oversee the creation of internal content, including notices, articles, videos, and internal presentations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for D&S International content for company-wide, all-hands meetings.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to design and implement external communication strategies.
  • Draft and/or support the publishing of external content, including general media press releases, corporate blogs, articles, and social media updates.
  • Lead the communication efforts for internal and external corporate events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related discipline.
  • ~8-12 years' experience in corporate or marketing communications.
  • Bilingual with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English and French.
  • Experience in communications planning and project management.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
