Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
