- Develop and Maintain Safety Policies: Create and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years' experience in a health and safety role in a related industry, with 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of applicable OH&S and environmental legislation, conflict resolution skills, and ability to problem-solve.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
