About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Total Site Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including the requisitioning or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Weight Handling: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required by the job.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
