Job Title: ECE Assistant

We are seeking a qualified ECE Assistant to join our team at CEFA. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
