About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at All Little Bears Child Care Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Assess children's developmental needs and create personalized learning plans to support their growth and development.
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support Staff and Operations
    • Assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Experience in early childhood education or a related field is an asset.
    • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
    • Language of work: English.
