Key Responsibilities

As a Liquor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe working environment. Your duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and reducing theft and loss
  • Offering product expertise and guidance to customers
  • Assisting with the management of team members and operating point-of-sale terminals accurately and efficiently
  • Receiving, displaying, and promoting merchandise with proper care and attention
  • Performing opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail
  • Supporting the manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the department to achieve budgeted goals
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of age to work in the Liquor Store environment
  • A high school diploma preferred
  • Valid ProServe certification
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • The ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets
