**Job Summary:**
The Housekeeper at Aspira Red Oak Retirement Living is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' living spaces. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Restock supplies and linens as needed.
- Ensure resident rooms are clean and tidy, and prepare rooms for new occupants.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing and window cleaning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
**Requirements:**
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Ability to read, write English, and follow written instructions.
- Good understanding of chemical and equipment use.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
