Marina Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Comox Valley Marina. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marina, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor the marina team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including federal and provincial authorities, First Nations, and other industry partners.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in marina management, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operations management, including facilities management and customer service.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating a team.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $130,000 commensurate with related experience and education.
- A flexible hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
