Marina Operations Manager

As a key member of the TallSky Consulting Group team, the General Manager will play a critical role in leading our marina operations. This senior leadership position requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor the Marina team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and improve facilities to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure financial success and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead important infrastructure projects to drive business growth and development.
- Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in marina management, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operations management, including facilities management and customer service.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and First Nations.
- Project management or construction management experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of environmental issues related to boating and marina operations is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of boating and Pleasure Craft Operator's Certificate (PCOC) is an asset.
- Occupational First Aid – Level 1 is required.
- CPR training is an asset.
