Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Copper Mountain Mine. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the finance functions of the mine, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for the mine.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA or CA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in a complex accounting environment in a medium to large public corporation.
  • Strong computer software aptitude and experience using an ERP or accounting software.
