About the Role

Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a key member of our interdisciplinary health team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions, including physical, cognitive, and psychosocial assessments and treatments.
  • Evaluate clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in occupational therapy.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
  • 3-5 years of experience providing occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
