Job Title: Financial Advisor

Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients, building trust, and delivering customized financial solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to match clients with the right financial products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals.
  • Participate in business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of CB Canada's current financial services and products.
  • Promote referrals to CB Canada's Wealth Management, Business Banking teams, and third-party providers.
  • Build a strong understanding of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.
  • Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks of fraud or loss.
  • Provide outstanding client experience by adhering to CB Canada's best practices.
  • Contribute to CB Canada's culture of teamwork, positivity, and collaboration.
Requirements:

To qualify, you will need at least 2-5 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service, and a high school diploma.

While not required, post-secondary education in finance or related studies, investment funds in Canada course and license, and personal financial service advice are valuable assets.
