- Provide expert-level support for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business information and intelligence role.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with proficiency in data reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perseverance in achieving goals, with the ability and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities, with potential for progressive responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Logistics.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and financial management tools.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, Python Programming, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to present and explain complex concepts or calculations to management.
- Self-starter who is motivated to learn new skills and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong, collaborative, and professional relationship-building skills.
- French language proficiency is preferred but not required.
