Financial Administrator Assistant

Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and statements, using manual and computerized systems.
- Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
