Job Title: Automotive Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at AutoCanada Inc. in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in-person to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
