Job Summary
FICUS EDUCATION INC. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Operations Director to lead our business school team.

About the Role
The Strategic Business Operations Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional teams. This role involves formulating policies, representing the organization, and selecting senior staff members.

Responsibilities
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Requirements
This role requires a candidate with a strong educational background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a high attention to detail.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $1,500,001 - $4,000,000, as well as dental and healthcare plans. Our company also offers a pension plan and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).

Work Environment
This is a permanent position that requires 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
