Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Accounts Officer to join our team at Kingston Community Credit Union Limited. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of member accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
  • Loan Processing: Process loan applications, including reviewing credit reports, evaluating financial status, and making recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all banking activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
