Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing credit and loan documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete credit and loan documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interview applicants for loans and assess their financial status, references, and credit history
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Research and evaluate loan applications, ensuring timely and informed decision-making
  • Review and update credit and loan files, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
