We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Handler to join our team at YK TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Collaborate with our logistics team to select the most suitable shipping method for our goods.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of our products to customers.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary documents.
  • Container Assembly: Assemble and prepare containers for shipping.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Thoroughly inspect incoming goods against invoices and other documents.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date internal records.
  • Shortages and Damaged Goods: Record and address any discrepancies or damage.
  • Unpack Goods: Efficiently unpack and process received goods.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Supervise Material Handlers: Lead and guide our material handlers and helpers.
  • Payment and Receipt: Process payments for goods and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
