About the Role

As an Insurance Advisor at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets by providing quotes and selling new policies to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
  • Manage and build customer relationships
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000
  • 37.5 hours/week - Monday - Saturday availability
