Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

About the Role:

Fountain Tire is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise with Fountain Tire customers to build existing and new business
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed
  • Finalize sales and complete customer follow-up to determine their satisfaction level with the service received
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Inside Sales, or Commercial Tire Technician
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-volume environment
