Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Chevron. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the store's profitability.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new sales associates to ensure the store has a skilled and motivated team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
