About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
    • Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock loss and reduce waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
