We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Helper to join our team at 1328965 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Assist in the transportation of construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Help to set up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Help to drill and blast rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolish Buildings: Assist in the demolition of buildings.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Hand tools experience.
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to work in a variety of environments.
