Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team at All Rounder Construction Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work in a team and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions:

The Construction Helper will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and will be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with construction sites.

Experience:

Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
