Job Title: Chef, Ethnic Cuisine Specialist

Honest Restaurant is seeking a skilled Chef, Ethnic Cuisine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus for special events and daily service
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and maintain high-quality ethnic dishes, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of ethnic cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
