Job Title: Chef de cuisine

Honest Restaurant est à la recherche d'un chef de cuisine expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe culinaire dynamique.

Responsabilités
  • Planifier des menus et estimer les besoins en nourriture pour leur réalisation
  • Préparer et cuire des repas complets ou des plats individuels et des aliments
  • Préparer des plats pour les clients avec des allergies ou des intolérances alimentaires
  • Inspecter les cuisines et les zones de service alimentaire
  • Former le personnel en préparation, en cuisson et en manipulation des aliments
  • Commander des fournitures et de l'équipement
  • Surveiller le personnel de cuisine et les aides
  • Conserver l'inventaire et les dossiers des aliments, des fournitures et de l'équipement
  • Nettoyer la cuisine et les zones de travail
  • Recruter et embaucher du personnel
  • Gérer les opérations de cuisine
