About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wings Tsawwassen. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.

Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed.
