Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at K-Hart Industries Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, supply area, and office space, adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by advising on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, issuing and distributing parts and supplies, and ensuring timely delivery or pickup of products.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, data entry, and other relevant tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift as required.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Work Environment
