Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at K-Hart Industries Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, supply area, and office space.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems and perform data entry tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
