Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to senior management, as well as developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and the Board of Trustees
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial advisors
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and departmental teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including budgeting and forecasting tools
