Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and growing a dedicated client portfolio through key relationship management, creating comprehensive financial plans, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio through key relationship management.
  • Create comprehensive financial plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1.5-3 years of experience in a financial advisory role managing and growing a client portfolio.
  • Current accreditation and good standing for IIROC licensing requirements.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years.
  • Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME), and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) within 24 months of hire.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
