As the Manager, Financial Services, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, directing, and supporting daily branch activities to ensure maximum service levels to our members.
You will lead Financial Services Advisors and other Member Service employees in developing new business relationships and capitalizing on opportunities that enhance relationships with existing members and clients.
Key responsibilities include managing the consumer loan and investment portfolios for your branches, ensuring compliance with sound business practice, legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline with 3 to 5 years related lending and formal leadership experience or an equivalent combination is the minimum requirement for this position.
Working knowledge of investment-related products, credit union or other financial institution regulatory requirements, and legislative guidelines are considered advantageous.
You must be comfortable establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, open communication, and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
