Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications engineering, with experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing telephone equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, arranging, removing, and maintaining telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware;
  • Determining the nature, cause, and location of trouble;
  • Initiating the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel;
  • Operating computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment;
  • Installing cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduation certificate;
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail;
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day;
  • Excellent client focus, interpersonal skills, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork abilities.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
