The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to the installation crew while working alongside them. A strong work ethic, integrity, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Construction and/or woodworking experience is required, along with an eagerness to learn our pre-fabrication process.
The Installation Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have effective verbal and listening skills, a commitment to safety, and valid G License (required). Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs assisted, stand, and walk for extended periods is also necessary.
This role requires stamina for physically demanding days, sometimes up to 12 hours long. In return, you will enjoy flexible work scheduling, free parking, overtime pay, and personal days off.
Job Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and lead a team
Work Conditions:
- Safety boots must be worn
- Appropriate dust masks/safety glasses must be worn for certain tasks
- Lifting heavy objects and operating various hand and power tools
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay starts from $24.00 - 28.00 per hour depending on experience. Reliability, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are key factors in career advancement opportunities. Additional benefits include overtime pay, flexible work scheduling, and personal days off.
