Job Description
  • Lead project teams through all stages, from concept design to commissioning and start-up.
  • Set clear project objectives that align with business goals.
  • Maintain transparent communication regarding project developments.
  • Execute projects with rigor and precision in accordance with INVISTA's Project Work Process methodology.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead capital projects, develop accurate cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and comprehensive project schedules, and convert project requirements into competitive requests for proposals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, three or more years' experience leading engineering project teams, current or eligible Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registration, and Project Management Professional certifications (PMP, PMI, or equivalent).

Compensation Package

This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
