Job Title: Executive Director of Logistics and Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Logistics and Operations to join our team at Cargo County Group.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and management of our logistics and transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Manage and direct logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and progress.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and operations management.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of attention to detail.
