About the Role:Cargo County Group is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Logistics Operations to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our logistics department. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive results.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize logistics operations and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
