We are looking for a talented Associate Director of Donor Relations to join our Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing stewardship strategies to cultivate donor relationships, recognize contributions, and ensure ongoing engagement and support.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement stewardship plans for individual, government, corporate, and foundation donors
  • Coordinate stewardship activities such as thank-you letters, donor recognition events, and personalized communications
  • Organize events of various types and sizes for stewardship and fundraising purposes
  • Manage and motivate volunteers to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Create promotional materials to promote donor stewardship

**Requirements**

  • Advanced relationship management and communication skills
  • Interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion/sales skills
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, and diplomacy skills
  • Experience in prospect research, background profiling, writing, and producing proposals
