About the Role:

The Vice President, Sustainability will be responsible for developing and implementing our global sustainability strategy, aligning with our company values and goals. This role will require strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sustainability strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate sustainability into our organizational strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and industry associations.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in leading brand sustainability programs.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel and gear industry, from product development to material production.
  • Experience with complex project management, including coordinating multi-stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and leading the execution of a multi-year business strategy.
What We Offer:

Arc'teryx offers a competitive salary range of $216,000 - $270,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
