Administrative Assistant

Holy Smoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and payroll information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
