S I Systems is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to review, issue and audit RFS, RFP, contract change orders and amendments to proposals within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and issue RFPs, RFSs and contracts
• Amend and evaluate proposals
• Audit existing expenditure and billed costs aligned to contracts
• Manage receipt, invoice, variance reporting and management in Azure DevOps ADO
• Support service delivery and contract performance issues
• Manage SLAs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Contract Management experience
• Experience working with service providers, including service delivery, project delivery, and monitoring performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, ongoing activities within tight deadlines
• Strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all leaders, peers and vendors
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. VISIO and Azure DevOps experience is an asset.
