Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Earl of Sandwich. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
