Nurturing Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurturing Family Support Specialist to join our team at Christine Fe Briones. This is a unique opportunity to work with children and their families, providing loving and supportive care in a dynamic environment.
Job Summary:
The Nurturing Family Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, building trust with families, and collaborating with our team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and supportive care to children, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in activities that promote their development and well-being.
- Establish strong relationships with children and their families, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, nutrition, and first aid.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare or related role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
