Job Summary:

The Nurturing Family Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, building trust with families, and collaborating with our team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide loving and supportive care to children, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in activities that promote their development and well-being.
  • Establish strong relationships with children and their families, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, nutrition, and first aid.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
