We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Production Coordinator to join our team at Canada Building Materials (CBM) Ready-Mix.

This position involves providing operational support, ensuring the safe and efficient use of labour and equipment, and maintaining a high level of employee morale.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of unionized and non-unionized hourly workforces.
  • Maintain effective labour relations through collective bargaining agreements and employee handbooks.
  • Manage production, storage, and distribution in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and manage concrete loads/deliveries.
  • Implement and administer environmental, health & safety, and quality system policies and procedures.
  • Conduct concrete testing according to CSA and ASTM standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree (minimum 2 years education).
  • Relevant industry experience (ready-mix or similar). Strong people management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer software (Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to travel frequently, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Certified G-Class driver's license and clear 3-year driving abstract.
