Job Description:

Macao Imperial Tea Halifax is seeking a skilled Brew Master to join our team. As a key member of our café staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of teas and coffee drinks with precision and care.
  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the café, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
