Restaurant Manager Job Description

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement effective operational procedures, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our dining establishment to attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, team player, ability to multitask
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods. Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
